Email Mesage won’t Print, Error: Undefined Offending Command: G2Ubegin

A Customer In Woonsockett RI has the issue that the printer (Konica Minolta Bizhub 350) will not print certain emails. They get the following message:
Error: Undefined
Offending Command: G2UBegin
Stack:
/font
/TTE2601A90T00
REASON: The Email is in text for and you are using a Post Script Driver when you should be using a PCL Driver
Solution: Install PCL Driver

Configuring Outlook XP or 2003

Outlook 2003 or XP
1.Close Outlook if it is open.
2.Click the Start button and select Control Panel.
3.Double-click the Mail icon. If the mail icon is not visible, it might be necessary to click Classic View from the left Explorer pane.
4.In the Mail Setup window, click the E-mail Accounts button.
5.In the Account Settings window, click on the New button.
6.The “Add New E-mail Account” window will open. Check the Manually configure server settings.
7.Click the Microsoft Exchange option and click the Next button.
8.The “Microsoft Exchange Settings” screen will appear.
9. Enter the Exhange server the account resides on
10. User Name
11.Check the Use Cached Exchange Mode option
12. Click the Check Name button
13. If the information was put in correctly, your name will appear in full and underlined. Click on the Next button.
14.Click the Finish button.

Outlook 2007
1.Close Outlook 2007 if it is open.
